Aicile has a no return no refund policy. We recommend that you crosscheck our size chart before placing an order. We believe in providing our customers with the best quality products and services. However, in an unlikely event, if you've receive a damaged or defective product, we will be happy to exchange it for you. Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
